1. General Terms

KK777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") operates as an online gaming platform providing casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and KK777. These terms may be updated from time to time — continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

KK777 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is acting in bad faith.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• KK777 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.

KK777 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds deposited must not originate from illegal sources.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, and per device.

6. Gameplay Rules & Betting

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be reversed or cancelled after placement unless a technical error on the platform's side is confirmed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's programmed logic. KK777 is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is accepted. Once confirmed, the odds at time of placement apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Sharing account access with third parties
• Systematically abusing bonuses in a way that violates the spirit of promotional offers

8. Account Suspension & Closure

KK777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious activity that suggests fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming programme

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, KK777 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming
